Our Staff ...
The Falls offers a quality living environment managed by a caring, conscientious and dedicated staff. Our home retains Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Personal Care and Home Health Aides, Activities Director, Food Service Manager, and a Dietary Consultant. Together, the staff function to meet the health, personal care and recreational needs of each resident.

Our Facility ...
The Facility is a community based adult home providing room, meals, housekeeping, personal care and 24 hour supervision in a warm, friendly and quality living environment. The Falls is a two story brick building equipped with modem fire protection and emergency call systems. We are in close proximity to Schuyler Hospital and within walking distance to the local pharmacy, bank, post office, library, and the beautiful Chequagah Falls. The Falls has the only licensed Assisted Living Program in the region.

The Assisted Living Program (ALP) is a 40 bed facility which is licensed by the N.Y.S. Department of Health. The ALP is an entity established and operated for the purpose of providing long or short term residential care, room, board supervision, and providing personal care services for individuals who might otherwise required skilled nursing but at about half the cost.
